These Terms cover the website only. The services we provide, such as infrastructure projects, O&M work and travel services, are governed by the quotation, work order, purchase order or contract agreed for that work. If these Terms and a signed document differ, the signed document applies to that work.

• We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors. Service details and other information may change without notice.

• Sending an enquiry or quote request does not create a contract, and does not oblige either of us to go ahead.

• A quotation is based on the information available when it is prepared. It is valid only for the period stated on it, and may change if the scope, site conditions, quantities, specifications or timelines change.

• A contract is formed only when both of us confirm it in writing, for example through a signed contract, work order or purchase order. Its scope, price, payment terms, timelines, warranties, liability and safety requirements are those stated in that document.
• You agree to give us accurate information. We may decline any enquiry or request.

• Flights, trains, hotels, vehicles, tours and events are provided by third-party suppliers. Their terms, including cancellation, refund, baggage and schedule-change rules, also apply to your booking.
• Itineraries, prices and offers shown on the website or shared before you book are indicative. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing and receive any payment required.
• Any price promise or special offer applies only on the terms confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
• Cancellations, changes and refunds follow the terms given at the time of booking and the supplier's rules, including any supplier cancellation charges.
• You are responsible for carrying valid identity documents, passports, visas, permits and any health documents required. Visa assistance does not guarantee a visa; the decision rests with the embassy or authority concerned.
• We recommend that you take suitable travel insurance.
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations or changes caused by suppliers, weather, strikes, government action or other events outside our control.

The Employee Login page and our ERP are for authorised Shreya Infrasolutions staff only. Employees must keep their login details confidential and follow company instructions on using them. Unauthorised access, or any attempt at it, is prohibited and may be an offence under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

• The content of this website, including its text, layout, graphics and the Shreya Infrasolutions name and logo, belongs to Shreya Infrasolutions Private Limited or is used with permission.
• Some photographs and icons come from third parties (such as Unsplash and open-source icon libraries) and are used under their licences.
• Client and partner names and logos belong to their respective owners.
• You may view, print or share pages for personal or internal business use. Any other use, including copying, changing or republishing our content, logo or brand, needs our written permission.

The website links to sites run by others, such as Google Maps and our social media pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the site.

We aim to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors or viruses. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Please use up-to-date security software when you browse.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.
• Subject to this, the courts at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about these Terms or the website.
• If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not give it up.
